Hello, March! A new month is the perfect opportunity for new intentions, a sense of starting fresh.

Our focus for this month: Why. The why behind WonderWell, the why behind anything and everything else. Why do we do the things we do? That includes big things, like our career or spouse and the smaller things, like choosing to use creamer in your coffee in the mornings. Speaking of mornings,  why is it that you get out of bed in the morning?

Your alarm rings, you hit snooze maybe once or twice, you get out of bed and start your morning routine. But why though? The answer that comes first to mind is usually a result of the why, and not the actual why (i.e. money). So as the month goes on, we’ll dive further into the why. Why do you get out of bed in the morning? Why do you go to work? Why do you drink water, or take a bath, or go for a walk? The purpose of this is to bring more awareness to the things that you do, and in turn, be more intentional about those things.

That internal motivation can often be hard to pinpoint because we usually do things so subconsciously; we’re usually on autopilot for most of our days that we aren’t aware of why we do the things we do. And that includes getting out of bed in the morning.

If you’re curious about how you do spend your time, check out our TimeWheel tool that is found here. This tool is designed to bring you more awareness of how you spend your time, and that’s a great start to discovering your why.
