You probably set some goals or New Year’s resolutions in hopes of achieving something specific-maybe it was to improve your health, learn something new, lower your stress level, or have more to give in your relationships-that is your why. Why is that you want to do more yoga, read more, connect with more people?
Your “why” is the driving force behind your daily decisions and goals. All too often though, it’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day life, of the different errands that must be run, the meetings that must be attended, and the tasks to cross off those to-do lists. The “why” is lost and we forget about the big picture.
When was the last time that you’ve revisited your “why?”
We’re launching a 30-day self-care challenge starting February 13. If you haven’t already, sign up for our newsletter to be in the loop for all of the updates!
