We are Brooke & Karena and we bring self-care to the surface in the most practical ways. We help driven individuals turn off auto-pilot, regain focus on what's most important in their life & find more ways for simple self-care. We help create small action steps that clarify personal priorities, ease decision making & gain more control of the most valuable resources; time and energy.
As occupational therapists we blend science with everyday life to find the most effective tools & strategies for each person's unique situation. Our background in mental health fuels our passion for self-care, the importance of prioritizing it & the consequences of not doing so.
